HigHRM was set up by Guido Maas.

He has been in the HRM business since 1984. Up to 1991 he worked in hospitals then, in 1991, he changed to the business section. From 1999 onwards he worked for the multinational, Fluke Europe BV. where he built up approximately 10 years of international HRM experience. During this time he developed a large European network, through which HigHRM, literally and figuratively, is renowned in the EMEA region.

Guido has a Bachelor Degree in HRM (Eindhoven '84) together with a Post Graduate Degree (Arnhem' 91). He studied the propaedeuse Administrations and Organisation Sciences (University of Tilburg' 95). Furthermore, he completed many trainings and single supplementary trainings, including management of a pension fund, position appraisal, project management and sociotechnology (business administration).
